Appointments are set via text to 443-962-5248. A non-refundable $55 deposit that counts toward your balance is required to solidify your appointment. Acceptable payment methods in order of preference are as follows: ZELLE, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, & all major credit/debit cards. There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY in place.

Sammie Styles is committed to rendering a safe & peaceful environment for all parties involved. Therefore, a level of peace is necessary in order to yield the best level of service and quality. There will be no rushing during style completion. Clients are required to use headphones when playing electronic devices and expected not to play music aloud, have conversations with the other party on speakerphone, or cause any disruption during services rendered. No additional parties are welcome to accompany a client during a service unless that party is a parent or guardian of the client who must also be a minor. There is absolutely no smoking. Clients who are cantankerous will be refused and no refund of deposit will be rendered. Litigation will ensue for any party that becomes a participant of defamation of character. Price negotiation of any kind will not be tolerated.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a service provided, there are no refunds. If you need any changes to your service and you were a travel client in order for the travel service to be provided additional travel fees will apply. Otherwise you may come to Sammie Styles for changes etcetera. For each service rendered a disclosure agreement will be signed. Once a deposit is paid there are no refunds. If a schedule change is made to your appointment in less than a 48 hour window, a new deposit must be made. No calls no shows will not be accepted for future appointments.
Travel Disclosure
Travel Disclosure
The standard traveling fee is $105 for any traveling one hour or less. If traveling to your location is over an hour, you will be charged an additional $55 for every 30 minutes there after. Traveling will not be rendered to clients who have smoking, pets, chaos, excessive noise, or unclean environments. Failure to notify of such environments will result in refusal of service & forfeiture of deposit.
